Therefore, the use of rectangular seals has a certain life span and is closely related to the quality of the sealing material. IBG seals have a relatively slow aging rate due to the small amount of compression after installation.
2. Good working stability
Due to the shape characteristics of the rectangular seal, it will not be twisted after installation, and the deformation after compression is small; when the liquid pressure changes, the shape change is also small. Therefore, the cross-sectional stability of the seal is good.
3. Good working sealing performance
When using a rectangular seal, when a pressure shock occurs, due to its own geometric shape characteristics, no fluid will appear, and it will not be discharged due to movement. In terms of pressure bearing performance, the rated pressure of the rectangular seal is 50MPa.

The working pressure of the seal is 32MPa, and the working pressure of the rectangular seal is 50MPa. When the O-ring is used for radial sealing and the pressure exceeds 10MPa, a retaining ring needs to be added on the low-pressure side to prevent extrusion damage. When using a rectangular ring, no retaining ring is required.
6. Interchangeability
In the original groove of the O-ring, a seal of corresponding specifications can be installed. Therefore, it has good interchangeability with the O-ring.
