The mold opening is generally based on the 2D or 3D size drawings provided by the customer for preparatory work before mold opening. If the customer cannot provide drawings, we can provide physical samples. We will help you design drawings according to the samples and give you confirmation. If there are no drawings or samples, the customer can provide the assembly parts of your product. We will communicate and draw for you for free. After confirmation, the mold will be opened.

The mold processing of rubber products is completed by the mold engineering according to the designed programming data input into the CNC machine tool. The simpler ones can be processed by manually operated machine tools. Some more difficult silicone rubber products require spark machine copper discharge to be molded. Therefore, the production technology content is relatively high and the time is relatively long. Generally, the delivery period of large molds is calculated in 7-12 days.

Rubber products can be colored according to customer requirements, colored and refined according to the international Pantone color card color number specified by the customer, or according to the color plate provided by the customer. Our factory has more than ten years of experience and technical color engineers, who are experienced and highly sensitive to color, and the adjusted colors are accurate and the color difference is small.
