1. On-site cleaning

Use shovels and shovels to remove any cement lumps, soil, etc. on the site, rinse the site with clean water, and dry it; then use a comb to sweep it clean until there is no dust.

2. Bottom glue

Before paving the base material, use special rubber all-purpose glue or polyurethane glue to rinse the site (cement surface) once (50cm wide at a time, the length is not limited, depending on the site conditions) and then lay the base material. It requires appropriate thickness and even brushing.

3. Base material

Use a mixer to stir 25KG of 8-12 mesh rubber particles at a time, add 8%-10% polyurethane glue, stir evenly, and then spread according to the required thickness. Use a flat vibrating pump to vibrate and level, and wait until the base material is dry enough. When entering, crush it twice with an iron roller.

4. Fabric

Use a mixer to stir 20KG of 18-20 mesh PU rubber particles (or EPDM rubber particles) at a time, add 18%-20% polyurethane glue, stir evenly, and then brush a layer of rubber-specific universal glue on the base material, and then add the required thickness Carry out paving, vibrate and level with a flat vibrator pump. It is required that the unevenness of the surface layer should not exceed 2-3cm. If it rains within five hours, cover the surface with a raincloth.

5. Site Cleanup

After the construction is completed, the color contaminated during the construction should be wiped clean, and waste rubber particles, woven bags and other debris should be cleared away. The venue is required to be clean, free of debris and pollution, making it pleasing to the eye and comfortable.

6. Use and maintenance

1. EPDM plastic floor should be used reasonably according to its applicable scope;

2. Spray with water frequently, and wipe or wash key stains with washing powder;

3. Avoid severe mechanical impact and friction;

4. Avoid cutting and puncture;

5. Avoid long-term load;

6. Avoid open flames and isolate heat sources.
